Festival time! 
How hearts climb, 
seeing the rows of booths, 
with every imaginable delicacy, 
and jarred delights for sweet tooths. 
Look at the hours of scrutiny 
done up in quilting and embroidery, 
Play the game tables and bean bag toss, 
Hear the country-pop band as the dance floor boss, 
while I run my heels to the Ferris wheel.
